Apple has great customer service. Just had a visit with the genius bar myself for my iPhone. Oddly enough I thought I was calling and texting one person (because the phone said it was that person) but later realized I was calling and texting someone completely different! While the "one wise man" at the genius bar hadn't seen anything like it before he took the time to examine my phone, reset it, re-sync my mobileme cloud and re-sync my phone. Now I just needed to use my phone and see if the problems continued. The "one wise man" did assure me if any problems did occur to schedule an appointment and they would be more then happy to assist me and possibly replace my iphone.
